Agreement to Terms

By booking or using any services provided by Reel Medics, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Reel Medics, LLC provides professional on-site medical services including but not limited to:

• On-location medical support
• Standby medical coverage for events
• On-set film and entertainment safety services
• Sporting event medical coverage
• Private functions and festival medical services

All services are provided by licensed and certified medical professionals in accordance with New York State regulations.

Service Area

Our services are primarily available in Syracuse, NY and surrounding areas including but not limited to Liverpool, Baldwinsville, Fayetteville, Cicero, Manlius, Camillus, North Syracuse, East Syracuse, DeWitt, Solvay, and Rochester. Service availability may vary based on location, date, and resource availability.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

Booking: All service bookings must be made in advance. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks prior to your event to ensure availability. Event details, location, expected attendance, and specific medical needs must be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation: Cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations made with adequate notice may receive a partial or full refund, while last-minute cancellations may incur fees.

Payment: Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement and may include deposits, advance payment, or invoicing based on the scope of services.

Limitation of Liability

While Reel Medics, LLC maintains appropriate insurance and follows industry best practices, our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question
• We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes
• Our services complement but do not replace 911 emergency services

Reel Medics, LLC maintains professional liability insurance, and all medical staff are state-certified as required by New York State law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reel Medics, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

Professional Standards

All medical personnel provided by Reel Medics, LLC are appropriately licensed, certified, and trained. We maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards. Our services comply with all applicable New York State medical regulations.

Emergency Protocols

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, our medical personnel will follow established emergency protocols, which may include calling 911 and coordinating with local emergency services. Event organizers and clients understand that true medical emergencies may require transport to hospital facilities and involvement of local emergency services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients booking our services agree to:

• Provide accurate information about event details and anticipated medical needs
• Ensure safe access and working conditions for our medical personnel
• Provide designated area(s) for medical operations as needed
• Communicate any known hazards or special circumstances
• Honor payment terms as outlined in the service agreement

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of New York State.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
